It was reportedly "the angriest anyone had ever seen him". He was swearing and kicking furniture and shit. They put out advertisements asking for it's return. No questions asked. No prosecutions made. They just wanted the guitar returned. No one ever returned it, and Jimmy hasn't seen it since.

It's a sexy guitar. I'd throw some couches around too.
